Maureen Donovan started her journey with creative problem solving almost 19 years ago when she started as the organization’s Treasurer and Bookkeeper. In July 2009, Maureen took on the role of Director of Human Resources and Board of Trustees Administrator, which she enjoys, even if she has a lot to learn. During her tenure with the organization, she has been in awe of the dedicated staff members and the thousands of passionate volunteers who have worked to bring the program to millions of youth and adults around the world. Maureen’s past experience includes serving as a Senior Teller and Bookkeeper for a Savings and Loan, Bookkeeper for Volunteers of America, Inventory Manager for a leading Orthopedic distributor and Advertising Representative for a local newspaper. In her spare time, Maureen enjoys canoeing, sailing, hiking and spending time with her family—especially her 3 grandchildren.
Maureen studied Business Administration at Farleigh Dickinson University, Elementary Education at Paterson State (now William Paterson University), and Public Relations and Communications at Glassboro State (now Rowan University).
