Teachers
The Destination ImagiNation program Challenges are designed by educators, for educators, to complement your curriculum. Teachers report better attention and participation from students engaged in Destination ImagiNation (DI).
"There are things we do in education expecting compensation," says Lori McKenzie Altschul, Director of Gifted and Talented Programs in the Little Rock School District and a DI volunteer. "The thing that attracted us initially, and keeps us coming back to the DI program, is being able to play an active role in students becoming independent thinkers, learning the value of working collaboratively with team members, and acquiring skills that better prepare them for success in life. That is a paycheck worth cashing!"

The Challenge year runs concurrent with the school year, costs pennies per day and is an antidote to bullying because kids learn mutual respect and how to work together; your students are experiencing valuable play while learning skills that will be valuable to them for the rest of their lives.
