Section A.3.a states that once the Tournament Lights are turned off or dimmed they will remain off or dimmed for the remainder of the Presentation. However, for safety reasons there may be instances in which the Tournament Lights will need to be turned back on during the Presentation. If the Tournament Lights are turned back on, whether by team request or by Appraiser judgment, they must remain on for the remainder of the Presentation.
