August 3, 2009 -- Glassboro, NJ – Destination ImagiNation (DI), the world’s premier nonprofit creativity, teamwork, and problem solving organization, is pleased to announce the election of three Trustees to DI’s Board and the Officers for Fiscal Year 2010.
At the July board meeting in Philadelphia, the Board of Trustees elected to fill three seats that term limits and the Bylaws require be filled this year. Beginning with the October board meeting in Dallas, Rosemary Bognar-Pinney, David Thomason, and Bruce Urban will begin serving four-year board terms. The Board wishes to thank all of the very qualified candidates who applied for these positions. We greatly appreciate your willingness to serve our organization.
In addition, the Board of Trustees elected Officers for the 2009-2010 Fiscal Year. Brownie Mitchell was re-elected to serve as Chair of the board, Pam Schroeder was elected Vice-Chair and Treasurer, and Sue Oclassen was elected Secretary.
